HOME: Bed and Breakfast “Biennale” it is called because it is very close to the famous international modern art and architecture exposition of “Biennale”, in Venice. The accomodation “Biennale” is near eiver to Biennale-Giardini and S. Elena, boat-stop. In the middle of the only really big, green and fresh park, in Venice, at just five minutes, by bus-boat, or twenty minutes, walking, from St. Mark Square, it is inside a first'900 palace. No “hight water zone”,it is three steps up to the ground level. New, just fixed-up, rooms, with wooden-beam ceiling , 24 houres internet plague connection, safe-case (look), TV with dvd and fridge. Seems to be in the country-side, in spite You are in the middle of Queen seas Town. We have avalable a pretty and very nice double room “antico veneziano” style, with a small snack-corner (snack-table and stools) with coffè and thea machine, fridge, for privately break-fast in room. A very confortable double-room make You think is more similar to a studio-flat than to a simply double-room. We also have avalable a pretty-nice double-room, with privately bath-room and kitchenette, self-catering 24 heures, and sitting-room (studio-flat). Is avalable a sofà-bed in sitting room. Wel-comed booking for week-end, weeks and for more long time to stay. Special price for medium-long time to stay (the price normally is for room).
